CASE STUDY: PERFECT INTEGRATION - PARK CRESCENT

Case Study

Park Crescent is a remarkable structure, overlooking the private 8-acre gardens and tennis courts, this building has recently been converted into a modern development featuring luxury apartments. With world-class interior designers fitting out these apartments they wanted to bring these spaces into the 21st century with smart home features to control all aspects of each property. This is where Perfect Integration stepped in, integrating full lighting and AV control throughout the apartments so they could be controlled through an app interface.

An elegant display concealment solution was adopted for the formal living and dining area of the central apartment.

The bespoke cabinetry has been fitted with our MDM (Moving Door Mechanism) which slides to reveal the interior of the media cabinet. Gold texturing gives the mirror on the media cabinet a modern distressed look while increasing the light and perceived space within the already gigantic room.  The reflections created by the moving mirror bathe the room in golden light when the display is hidden and reflects the decorative wall art when on the far wall when open.

The wooden panel glides to conceal and reveal the main display within the room and (when closed) reveals the surrounding shelving and storage built into the bespoke cabinetry. When sitting opposite the mirror you can enjoy the view off the balcony thanks to the full height windows which overlook the private park behind the formal lounge area.

These views can be enjoyed from every room throughout the apartment as they are awash with natural light which floods in from the original window frames which have been lovingly restored. Each room maintains gold and light wood features to maintain a cohesive warm and inviting neutrally toned home.
