Our new RPS (Retracting Panel System) is the next evolution of our SPS (Sliding Panel System). The hook on/off belt-driven panel system simplifies the installation process and allows for easier access for servicing and maintenance.

The new belt-driven panel system and thinner precision-routed MDF help reduce volumetric shipping costs while also making the mechanism simpler to handle and install. The Black MDF panel guides include routed channels to smoothly move your panel up and down to conceal and reveal your display. They’re simpler to attach to the inside of your recess and can be cut depending on your display size to reduce your cabinet height requirements.

Re-engineering the central panel lift mechanism now means it no longer needs to be attached to the left and right telescopic arms. The central panel lift mechanism is now installed centrally inside the recess and can lift either a 15kg (RPS-SA) or 40kg (RPS-H-SA) panel that can be finished in a material that matches your surrounding cabinetry.

Fine levelling adjustments to the panel are now applied via easy-to-access bolts to raise and lower each strap. The upper limit switch is also easy to access and can be adjusted to fine-tune the final recessed height of the panel during installation.

The Screen Advance (SA) or Screen Advance Heavy (SAH) ships with the RPS range as standard and allows the display to advance forward to sit flush against the surrounding cabinetry. The system completely conceals all mechanism components from view while also allowing convenient access to the rear of the display for servicing and upgrades once the mechanism is installed.

KEY FEATURES:

1

Precision-routed black MDF includes arcing channels that guide the retracting panel in a single smooth movement. They're simpler to install and can be cut down to suit your display size.

2

Secure belts hook onto the retracting panel to raise and lower it on command. This makes the retracting panel simpler to install and can be manually operated by a service technician in the event of a power cut.

3

The display advances forward using our SA (Screen Advance) or SAH (Screen Advance Heavy) mechanisms. These mechanisms include a servicing mode and dedicated cable management chains to achieve a cable-free display installation.
